How much does it cost?
We have a different belly painting packages depending on complexity of the design. It can range between $150 and $260.
This includes belly painting session, and a mini photo shoot of the finished design taken by artist.
We will send you the digital photos within a day or two after your session.

How long does it take?
Simple belly painting designs might take up to 30 minutes. The more elaborated designs can take up to 90 minutes.
Should I come to you, or do you come to me?
You can come to our Vaughan Studio located in Concord, 200 Edgeley Blvd, Unit. 16, 2nd floor (sorry no elevator) in a convenient day and time (please e-mail us to schedule an appointment). You are welcome to bring along any family or friends who would like to share your experience. Also, artist can come to your place. A lot of moms enjoy having their belly painted at home or even during the baby shower or revealing party to add extra fun and entertainment to their event!
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, preferably separate top and bottom. So you can easy roll up the shirt or top to reveal your belly for painting session.
Should I bring food and water with me?
You are welcome to bring any snack or water if needed, as sometimes it might take an hour or two for your belly painting session to be complete. We also have some light refreshments available in our studio.
I don't know what design I want! Can you help?
If you not sure what to paint, no worries call or e-mail us, and we will help to choose the theme and create a great design that will be perfect just for you! Once we come up with a design idea that you like, we will paint some visual elements to help creating the final design.
I'm self conscious about my stretch marks!
No worries about the stretch mark, as we use professional face paint which have a great coverage which will cover your stretch marks so you won't see your bare belly in your photos! If you don't want your belly on display to your shower friends while your painting is in progress, you may prefer to come to our Vaughan studio or invite us to a private session at your home. If you're planning to do belly painting during the baby shower, artist can always apply a base coat of paint (depending on the design) in a private room before taking your belly "public" for your friends/family to watch. Your comfort is our top priority!
Do I need to stand, sit, or lay down for a duration of belly painting session?
Usually artist will ask you to stand for just for a couple of minutes to lightly sketch the design. This prevents your design from looking distorted when you stand up at the end. As soon as the layout is in place, you can sit back and relax while the artist painting your belly! Feel free to chat, or to watch TV, listen to music, read a good book, or even close your eyes and take a little nap. We have a soft couch in the studio with a multiple pillow, so you can put it behind your back or around, to make you experience the most comfortable. You're welcome to lie down if that's more comfortable, and of course get up and stretch or change positions whenever you need!
Is the paint safe for baby?
Belly Painting is safe for mom and baby. We use professional water-based FDA approved paint, which were specifically designed for safe use on the face and body. The Belly painting design can be easily removed with soap, water and soft sponge. Darker colours can leave some stains, but you can remove it with the baby oil, micellar wter or makeup remover.
